Make reservations for your a sumptuous, four course New Year’s Feast! The price is $65 per person (paid upon arrival) and reservations MUST be made in advance.

Soup/Salad :

  • Potage Duo of butternut squash and parsnip bisque with candied apples
  • Mixed Greens Salad with blood orange champagne vinaigrette and goat cheese toast

Appetizers :

  • Shrimp au Champagne – sautéed shrimp served in champagne saffron sauce accompanied with asparagus
  • Toasted Pearl barley risotto with apricots, brie and cranberry jus

Entrée:

  • Encrusted Halibut in lemon butter sauce
  • Seared Beef Filet , au jus
  • Roasted vegetable and aged cheddar strudel with saffron scented rice and a warm tomato coulis

Dessert:

  • Traditional Tiramisu
  • Three Layer Chocolate Cake
    NY Cheesecake
  • Rum Raisin Bread Pudding
