Make reservations for your a sumptuous, four course New Year’s Feast! The price is $65 per person (paid upon arrival) and reservations MUST be made in advance.

- Potage Duo of butternut squash and parsnip bisque with candied apples
- Mixed Greens Salad with blood orange champagne vinaigrette and goat cheese toast
- Shrimp au Champagne – sautéed shrimp served in champagne saffron sauce accompanied with asparagus
- Toasted Pearl barley risotto with apricots, brie and cranberry jus
- Encrusted Halibut in lemon butter sauce
- Seared Beef Filet , au jus
- Roasted vegetable and aged cheddar strudel with saffron scented rice and a warm tomato coulis
- Traditional Tiramisu
- Three Layer Chocolate Cake
- Rum Raisin Bread Pudding
